This is an answer that has changed many times in my life and will probably change more often, but for now, Harvey Birdman, Attorney General. I know it gets a lot of stick for being the mainstream popular anime, but honestly I can not think of anything wrong with the anime online.
There are some stages in this anime that I will remember them until death. Every single performance is incredible. Not to mention that it has the best music in a anime. The amount of details and little aspects of the anime that you can find years and years later is absolutely amazing.
